1. Rental Payment is due upon delivery of the bus. Cash or credit card is accepted. There is a 2.9% credit card fee when paying balance with a card. If you wish to avoid the fee, you can simply pay cash. All parties must be paid in full before we allow anyone to board the bus.
2. All guests on the party bus must be 21 or older to drink alcoholic beverages. By law, no alcohol can be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. If there is 1 or more underage people on the bus, we will not allow any alcoholic beverages or alcoholic containers to be brought on the bus. An exception can be granted at the discretion of Honky Tonk Express for family events where minors are present. Our staff will be checking ID's. All identification must be valid and current.
3. Please take care of your driver. Our drivers work very hard to make your event seamless and enjoyable. It is customary to tip your driver a minimum of 18% and as high as you wish. If no tip is given, you must call Honky Tonk Express to explain the reason(s), or we will assume it was overlooked and an 18% tip will be subtracted from your deposit or charged to the card on file. If you are unhappy with your driver, please call or email our office.
4. There is also a $100.00 REGURGITATION FEE, per occurrence, for clean up and will be charged to the person that accepts the service contract, no exceptions.
5. No Smoking or vaping permitted on the bus. Violations of this will result in a $100 fee per occurrence.
6. No drugs, no violence, no weapons of any kind will be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disorderly behavior and the ENTIRE PARTY will be immediately dropped off at your prearranged destination and no refunds will be given for unused time. At the driver's discretion, he may choose the unruly persons in question will be asked to get off the bus at the next available public gas station, parking lot, shopping area or where safe to de-board.
7. Do not under any circumstances distract the driver; we want you and your party to arrive safely.
8. Honky Tonk Express will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. So keep all personal items with you at all times.
9. If any property of Honky Tonk Express gets damaged or stolen by the contract holder or guests, you will be held liable for replacement costs, collection fees; attorney fees, court costs, etc. We want Honky Tonk Express to stay looking great for our customers.
10. We will not pick up additional people through the night that were not on the itinerary list. This is for your safety. Also, we are not responsible for what happens while you and your friends or family is off the bus.
11. At no time will we allow anyone to hang out the windows (heads, arms, hands, body) or throw any items, including trash, out the windows. Also, Emergency exit windows may NOT be opened during a non-emergency situation. If you do not abide by these rules we will end the party, and no refunds will be given for used time. This is for your safety!
12. There are NO glass cups or beer bottles allowed on the bus. This is for your own protection. If you must bring cups, please use plastic or Styrofoam disposable cups. Wine and liquor is acceptable
13. Pictures/videos may be taken by Honky Tonk Express. By accepting this contract, you agree to allow Honky Tonk Express to use these items for any and all promotional purposes including but not limited to print, fliers, internet/magazine ads etc.
14. Cancellations within 14 days of your event date will forfeit your total deposit and you will be responsible for half of the original cost of your event. Rescheduling an event inside the 14 days is subject to a deposit forfeiture due to the unlikely ability to rebook the spot you are changing from. Cancellations before 14 days will allow your deposit to be reimbursed in full. Cancellations are only accepted by email to sales@CincyHonkyTonk.com (we must reply to your email to confirm receipt).
15. By accepting this contract and entering your credit card information in the appropriate fields you are authorizing Honky Tonk Express or its affiliate merchants to charge the credit card for any of the following charges; deposit, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered. By receiving the customer’s credit card to hold the reservation, he or she is entering into a binding agreement with Honky Tonk Express.
16. Enter at your own risk. Our number one focus is safety. All modes of transportation including bus transport involve an inherent risk of injury or property damage. By accepting this contract, you and your entire party voluntarily accept and assume all risks of injury, loss of property or property damage that may result from this trip.
17. As a condition of being permitted on the bus and the use of this charter, the contract holder and its ENTIRE PARTY, AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND PROMISE NOT TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST OR SUE Honky Tonk Express, or its employees, agents, officers or affiliates from any and all liabilities on account of, in any way NEGLIGENCE or by any other reason.
18. The customer understands that Acts of God, unexpected vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond control of Honky Tonk Express may happen. If such an event occurs, and the bus is unable to provide services, a full refund will be issued. If such an event occurs and the reservation is cut short, the customer will receive a pro-rated refund of used time.
19. If the Honky Tonk Express is not on time to the initial destination for pickup of the customers, Honky Tonk Express will provide the missed time at the end of the night, no refunds will be given.
20. CLEAN UP. We understand that there will be an acceptable amount of clean up after your event. However, this is not an excuse for blatant disregard for trash strewn around the bus and spilled drinks. If our drivers endure excessive, unnecessary cleaning due to you or your guests’ failure to keep things tidy, a fee of $50 per additional hour will be assessed and will be subtracted from your deposit.
Contract obligations: I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental periods. I also agree to the above Rules and Regulations. All damages are the sole discretion of the driver. I understand and agree to pay the entire contract price if the cancellation policy is not followed. The number of hours I agree to on the contract is the minimum hours I agree to pay. I understand that this is a legal and binding contract. I agree that the laws of the State of Ohio shall govern this contract. I understand and agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as possible as permitted by law, and if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
By checking the box on the itinerary page, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and are in agreement with the party bus contract and its conditions.
